Standard delivery with Colissimo :
Delivery delay : 48h-72h in France and in Europe. For orders outside the European union this delay can extend up to 15 days.
Orders are shipped with a tracking number and there's no signature required upon delivery.
Delivery fees for Colissimo standard are free for all orders above 80€.
For every order below 80€, delivery fees are calculated during checkout.
Express delivery with Chronopost :
Delivery delay : on the next day following the shipping date. Before 1pm on France. Option not available for deliveries outside the European Union.
Orders shipped with a tracking number and delivered upon signature.
We recommend to regroup all your items in one single order.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your products, you may return these products within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order. After this period, the products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Your items will then be exchanged or refunded, provided the products are returned:
- in their original condition, without having been damaged, washed, modified or worn, with the exception of fitting,
- in their original packaging in good condition,
- complete and with all accessories related to the products, such as labels or instructions for use,
- accompanied by the original invoice.
You can partially return your order. Only returned products will be exchanged or refunded.
If the fourteenth day withdrawal period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, this period is extended until the next business day.
Returns are free within the European union. You can make a return request directly on your customer account. You will find a prepaid return label on your package with the return instructions.
We can not be held responsible for any product that has been returned by the customer means.
For orders outside the European union, return fees are at the customer's charge. Make sure to make a return request on your account. You can use the carrier of your choice, we strongly recommend you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number and insurance for your package.
